Next Wave and Next Wave+

The Chamber's Next Wave program offers bi-monthly meetings of a vibrant social engagement group tailored for young professionals. This program provides essential connections, networking opportunities and a supportive community where emerging professionals can learn, grow and thrive together. Next Wave is complimentary for Chamber members, but limited to the first 40 registrants per meeting.

New in 2025, Next Wave+ offers an advanced professional development series for those ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Fun@5

Fun@5 events offer networking opportunities developed to build professional and personal networks, strengthen existing relationships and promote business, all in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Holiday Parade Viewing Party

Enjoy Wausau's annual Holiday Parade from the comfort of the Chamber's depot headquarters at this Viewing Party. This special complimentary event for members will include snacks, beverages and desserts from various Chamber members along with family-friendly activities and raffle prizes.

Marketing Hub

The Marketing Hub offers quarterly interactive programs designed to elevate the skills of marketers in any role or level of experience. Those in any industry type are invited to attend these meetings which are complimentary for members. Each program features brief presentations by local marketing experts and offers an opportunity to learn new marketing strategies, trends and skills from others in the field.

Crafted Conversations

networkingCrafted Conversations is the social offering which grows out of the Chamber's Business Advocacy efforts. The program is a small gathering, complimentary for members, in which well-crafted conversations and crafted beverages come together. This program features guests from around the state to provide specialized insights on topics related to Business Advocacy.

New Member Appreciation Breakfasts

A 'network and learn' program offered quarterly for new, prospective and current Chamber member investors looking to review the benefits of membership. Each New Member Appreciation Breakfast offers a unique opportunity to connect with other businesses.

Toy collection effort to kick off at Holiday Parade Viewing Party
