Next Wave+ Finishes Program with Leadership Themed Event
The Chamber's Next Wave+ program continued on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 with a session held at Northcentral Technical College focused on leadership. The event included thoughts on leadership from Dr. Jeannie Worden of Northcentral Technical College and Gabby Thurs of SDS Painting Company. Chef Jon Reinke also spoke to the group about leadership and teamwork while leading them through a 'Chopped'-style cooking competition.
Earlier this year, the Chamber launched Next Wave+ to build upon the success of the Next Wave program. Next Wave+ is an advanced professional development series for young professionals ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. This six-session series dives deeper into leadership, community understanding and cross-industry collaboration. Each session is designed to give participants executive-level insights, real-world perspectives and opportunities to connect with influential leaders shaping the region.
Next Wave+ is sponsored by Northcentral Technical College. Details on the next session for this program will be announced in the coming weeks.
