Best In Show Recipients named at EXPO

The Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce named the recipients of the 2026 Best of Show Awards presented by New Pulse Marketing at the annual Business EXPO held at the Central Wisconsin Convention + Expo Center in Rothschild on Thursday, April 16. Recipients were named in four different categories at the event.
Exhibitors at the EXPO were judged by panel of volunteers on how visually exciting their booth looked, the originality and uniqueness of their display and how well it creates traffic.
The recipients in each of the categories were:
- Overall: S.C. Swiderski
- Best Theme: The Children’s Imaginarium
- Attention Strategy: Westphal Staffing
- Eats & Treats: El Tequila Salsa

“We’ve gotten a lot of compliments (on our EXPO booth),” said Angela Hansen, Marketing Manager at S.C. Swiderski. “It was a group effort.”
The Chamber’s Business EXPO is the largest chamber event of its kind in the country and featured more than more than 225 businesses and organizations in almost 300 booths last week.
The presenting sponsor for the Small Business of the Year Awards and Business EXPO was M3 Insurance. The EXPO was sponsored at the platinum level by The Dirks Group and SDS Painting Company, at the silver level by Health In Motion, Ho-Chunk Gaming – Wittenberg, In The Lite Electric, Jim Kryshak Jewelers, Lakeland Care, Vitality Bar, Weston Memory Care and Yach’s Body & Custom. The print media sponsor was The Business News. The television sponsor was WAOW/WYOW Television Inc. The radio sponsor was Midwest Communications. The printed map sponsor was RotoGraphic Printing Inc and the Best In Show Awards sponsor was New Pulse Marketing.
