Complete survey on business conditions and priorities

The Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce has opened its 2026 Economic Outlook Survey and is inviting local employers and professionals to share their insights on the current business environment and local economic priorities. The survey is open to anyone who works in the Greater Wausau region, regardless of industry or organization size.

The survey gathers input on topics including business performance, growth strategies, workforce challenges, and how the region compares to other markets as a place to do business. Participants are also asked to identify the most important priorities for strengthening the regional economy in the years ahead.

“Given the nature of change in broad economic policy at the state and national levels, it is important to gain a better understanding how those policies impact the local business community and psyche of the consumer,” said Dave Eckmann, President and CEO of the Chamber.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and is available online now: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SHSK3TD. It closes at 5 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026.

Results will be released this spring.
