• Account Executive Production Print

    As a member of the production sales team, the Account Executive – Production Print is responsible for executing sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, and identifying customer needs in order to sell production hardware and software business solutions.  Specific job duties will involve prospecting for new business leads and both selling and team selling the uncovered opportunities. 

    • Develops sales targets and strategies with the help of the Director - Production Print
    • Grows the account base in the assigned territory, as well as manage and maintain existing accounts
    • Reports to the Director - Production Print with all progress, including progress of completing sales targets
    • Use initiatives to source new clients, including following leads, building a referral network, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations
    • Works closely with each customer in order to understand the organization’s corporate goals, their industry, and the challenges they face
    • Attends conferences and functions to promote EO Johnson Production Print and prepares and delivers presentations when needed
    • Gives accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding our Production Print services, offering a range of solutions appropriate to the client’s needs
    • Demonstrates professional knowledge of the Production Print industry
    • Succinctly express competitive advantages
    • Works under pressure, and efficiently, within time constraints
    • Self-starter with motivation to constantly improve and meet short- and long-term goals
    • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to plan meetings, appointments, weekly schedules, and to update and maintain customer contact information (i.e. addresses, email addresses, meeting notes, etc.)
    • Utilizes Outlook calendaring to plan the work week
    • Meets or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas/goals
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    ·         College degree in business, sales, marketing or 4 years equivalent work experience
    ·         2 plus years of business to business consultative sales experience selling business technology products and services
    ·         Proven record of sales success
    ·         Formal sales training
    ·         Intermediate skill level in understanding computer networks, graphic design, and business technology
    ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office products and any other standard software related to sales and marketing
    ·         Must be able to build and maintain relationships effectively and communicate at all relevant levels (C Suite)
    ·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player
    ·         Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies supported by EO Johnson
    ·         Desire to learn about the industry sector being sold to
    ·         Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and high energy level
    ·         Self-starter with motivation to constantly improve and meet short and long term goals
    ·         Effective time management and organizational skills
    ·         Desire for continuous learning
    ·         Ability to grow and adapt to change
    ·         Exceptional customer service orientation
    ·         Demonstrate company values, including a high level of professionalism in every aspect of conducting business (i.e. dress, groom, communicate)
    ·         This position requires driving regularly
    ·         Maintains a good driving record
    ·         Must have a valid driver’s license
