    The Director of Finance plays a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy as it relates to managerial accounting along with securing new funding and the maintenance and performance analysis of existing properties and loan portfolios.  This role accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style that complements the founders and members of the leadership team and is guided by the mission, vision and values at S.C. Swiderski, LLC. that are tightly bound by operating with integrity, experience and proven approaches.

    Essential functions of this position include financial analysis and interpretation, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to include monthly and annual reporting to include interpretations and professional recommendations both in a functional and conceptual capacity.  This role will also be responsible for market trend analysis to include aggregate data to support recommendations regarding project feasibility and asset management to include capital improvements.  Sourcing financial partners, negotiations, project funding and refinancing are all critical aspects both in the pre-development phase and throughout the project lifecycle; incumbent to have extensive familiarity with lending practices to be highly successful in this area.  

    Ideal candidates should have at least seven years’ experience in an executive level position with responsibility and accountability for significant operational and financial functions to include an emphasis on analysis, interpretation and execution complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree(Master’s Preferred) in Accounting, Finance or a closely related discipline(CPA or CMA designation is a bonus).  Maintenance of continuing education affiliated with certifications and market trends is required. Incumbent must possess senior-level management experience and have demonstrated excellent decision making capabilities, above average organizational skills, strong attention to detail, self-motivation along with good time management skills and have the ability to communicate with people on all levels with both technical expertise and in a simplified capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with the ability to be proactive and forward thinking in a rapidly-growing and progressive results-driven organization.
