Your identity becomes a personal leadership brand when you use it to bring value to others' lives and work (Ulrich & Smallwood, 2008). In this session, you will learn why your personal leadership branding matters and how it can advance your career, forge lucrative connections, and influence your workplace and community. In collaborative, interactive exercises, you will identify and cultivate your personal brand and practice sharing your leadership brand story.
