Great leaders move us - they inspire, motivate and energize us. How? They do it through Emotional Intelligence (EI).
Emotional Intelligence is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

- Gain a deeper understanding of EI and why it is so important.
